Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross were fantastic because during the sale of the car to myself. My car had to go to Peugeot for a recall and tests on the batteries, I was without my car for a week when the work should of taken 2 days. I never received a call from WC Vauxhall regarding updates of my car, even when it didn't make it to Peugeot on the agreed day. I had to chase for updates of my car. Peugeot were great in keeping me informed on the progress of the work.

I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross because they have been amazing though out and helped me explore every option without pressure to what type of vehicle me and my family need. I went into branch numerous times and felt like I was wasting time but intact paul kept me calm and reassured me each and every time I went in.
